Nadia Newman is an Internationally Certified Speaker, Confidence Coach and Beauty Expert. A South African native, she came to NYC at age 21 and worked as a Nanny and Housekeeper on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Determined to get back into the career path she came from in her home county, Nadia broke into the NYC beauty scene and was immediately hired at a job fair in Manhattan, as an Education Manager for beauty giant Estée Lauder, In no time she had climbed the ladder in her field and finally landed at Dior N.Y.C as an Account Executive, for the Greater New York Metro market, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In 2014 she decided to combine her 18 years of leadership experience with her beauty industry expertise, by starting a coaching business under her own name, fittingly sloganed
"Leadership And Lipstick"
Miss Newman has always known her passion was for inspiring, empowering and helping woman to value who they are on the inside, in order to believe in their outside beauty and abilities, resulting in them freely walking in their purpose.

Nadia teaches confidence and Leadership Lessons, based on her first hand training and certification under John C.Maxwell, author of "The 21 irrefutable laws of leadership"
